Celebrity stylist David Harrington shares how to achieve this effect!David explains, “For the wet look, I wet the hair and applied Kevin Murphy Body Guard to hydrate the hair. Once the hair was combed out and in place, water was sprayed on the hair to keep the wet look working. I was also pouring water on the model for the shoot.
